Short answer: Both warehouses are closed at weekends and on public holidays. Packages delivered on those days are logged on the next working day, and shipments paid for then leave once we reopen. Our US warehouse follows US public holidays, and our Turkey warehouse follows Turkish ones.
US warehouse (Delaware)

The two religious holidays follow the lunar calendar, so their dates move earlier by about 11 days each year.
What a holiday means for your packages
- Packages arriving at the warehouse: a package a courier delivers on a holiday or at the weekend is logged into your account on the next working day. See "My package shows as delivered but isn't in my account yet".
- Shipments you've paid for: a shipment usually leaves the warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment, and holidays don't count as business days. See "When will my shipment leave the warehouse?".
- Couriers: carriers have their own holiday schedules, so collection and delivery can take longer around public holidays in the US, Turkey and your destination country.
Planning around holidays
- If you need something by a particular date, order early enough to leave room for a closed day or two, especially around Thanksgiving and the end of the year.
- During peak season, handling can take up to 48 hours longer than usual. See "When will my shipment leave the warehouse?".
- The two warehouses close on different days. A US holiday doesn't affect packages at our Turkey warehouse, and the other way round.
Common questions
My package was delivered on Thanksgiving. When will I see it in my account? On the next working day. The warehouse is closed on Thanksgiving, so packages delivered that day are logged when we reopen.
Does a US holiday affect my packages at the Turkey warehouse? No. Each warehouse follows its own country's holidays, so a US holiday only affects the US warehouse, and a Turkish holiday only the Turkey warehouse.
Why do the Ramadan Feast and Feast of Sacrifice dates change every year? They follow the Islamic lunar calendar, which is about 11 days shorter than the calendar year, so the dates move earlier each year.
