There could be several reasons why tracking updates for your package are delayed.

Possibility #1

Different carriers offer varying degrees of tracking detail and update frequency. This is why we recommend checking our Shipping Methods page for specific information about the tracking updates each carrier typically provides.

Some carriers might offer near-instantaneous tracking details, while others might provide less frequent updates that could take several days to appear.

Possibility #2

If you have a package in Totowa, New Jersey, meant for shipment out of John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) via USPS, Aramex, FedEx Cross Border, or Boxberry, we'll ensure its safe and timely transit.

We arrange to transport the package from Totowa, New Jersey, to New York, ready for shipment out of JFK.

Note that this process can take 3-5 business days, and tracking information will be updated once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

Possibility #3

Sometimes, the local postal system of the recipient's country manages tracking updates and does not share this information with USPS or Forwardme. If this is the case, simply take the USPS tracking number initially provided and enter it into your local postal system's website. This should provide you with additional updates about your package's location.
