Now, if your package arrives without a suite number or with a name mismatch, it gets placed in our special "Unclaimed Packages" category. To ensure a seamless handover of your package, we photograph the contents and complete the customs declaration form on your behalf. This is a crucial step to identify your parcel and connect it with your suite number.

Please note that Content Photos and Customs Declarations fees will apply and be added to the shipment cost.
