Once your package has been processed and checked into our warehouse, you will need to click on the Action Required button. From here, you can select your package and fill out the customs declaration form.
Once this is completed, all requests have been fulfilled and the package is ready to be shipped. By selecting "Ready to Ship", you can then choose your carrier, insurance, and pay for the package to be shipped.
After payment is confirmed, your package will be sent out from our warehouse. We will provide you with a tracking code so you can follow its progress throughout the shipping process. Thank you for choosing us to fulfil your postal needs!
