Why has my tracking not yet been updated?

Possibility #1

When it comes to tracking updates, not all carriers provide the same level of detail or frequency with which they can be accessed. This is why it is important to check our Shipping Methods page for information about what kind of updates a particular carrier typically provides.

Some may offer near-instantaneous tracking details while others may only offer sporadic updates that could take several days to arrive.


Possibility #2

If you have a package in Totowa, New Jersey, that is destined for shipment out of John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) via one of these carriers: USPS, Aramex, FedEx Cross Border, or Boxberry, we can help make sure it arrives safely and on time. We will arrange to transport the package from Totowa, New Jersey, to New York in order to have it shipped out of JFK. Please note that this process may take 3-5 business days, and tracking information will be updated once the package is in the hands of the carrier. 


Possibility #3

When you receive a tracking number from USPS and Forwardme in connection with your package shipment, it is possible that the local postal system manages the tracking for further updates and does not communicate that information to USPS or Forwardme. In such cases, all you need to do is take the initially provided USPS tracking number and enter it into your local postal system website for tracking.

You should be able to view additional updates regarding your package's location.
