My package is not listed on dashboard.

Many packages are delivered to our warehouses every day. Depending on the time of the year, package process time can be last up to 3-4 workdays for the Delaware warehouse, and 1-3 workdays for the Totowa warehouse. After the process is done you can check your item from your account dashboard. If you cannot see your package on your dashboard, your package is on the queue for process.
