If a package comes to Forwardme from outside the country, do I have to pay taxes and customs fees? How do I get paid?

Yes, you are responsible to cover any customs clearance, taxes, or duties. These payments can be made in either of the two available methods:

• Pay directly: Contact the package courier directly to pay.
• COD (Cash on Delivery): If you would like to pay cash upon delivery, please contact Forwardme 2-3 days prior to the expected arrival of your package. Provide us with the courier's name, amount due and the tracking number. We'll send you an invoice to pay for it.

If you have not paid customs duties and taxes ahead of time, packages may be rejected and sent back to the sender.
