Will Forwardme open my package?

Yes. Forwardme inspects each product upon arrival to our facilities. Our skilled operators will examine the boxes to determine if they were damaged during shipment and if they can be exported from the United States.
If the seller includes an invoice into your shopping delivery box, we will check the contents of the box to the items listed on the invoice to ensure that you received the correct items. If the invoice indicates the amount you paid, we will additionally record this information for you.
If you receive an item that is not in the manufacturer's original packaging or is not from a reputable vendor, we will inspect the item by opening the packing. This helps Forwardme to reduce fraud and save you money on shipping expenses by confirming that the  correct goods is in the shipment and is authorized for export from the United States.
